What makes the Lashify system different from traditional strip lashes?
Unlike traditional strip lashes that sit on top of your lash line, Lashify Gossamer lashes are applied to the underside of your natural lashes using our patented Bondage or Whisper Light bonds. This creates a seamless, weightless look that can last for up to 10 days with proper care.
How long do the Gossamer lashes last once applied?
With proper application and maintenance, a single set of Gossamer lashes can be worn for up to 10 days. The longevity depends on your natural lash cycle, skin type, and the bonding technique used.
Is the Lashify system safe for my natural lashes?
Yes, our system is designed to be damage-free. Our bonds do not contain cyanoacrylate or formaldehyde, which are common in professional extensions. Because Gossamers are virtually weightless, they do not cause tension or traction on your natural follicles.
What is your return policy for the Control Kit?
We offer a 30-day return policy for the Control Kit and unopened Gossamer lash cartridges. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, any used or opened adhesive, prep, or sealing products cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Lashify ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
Can I wear mascara with my Lashify Gossamer lashes?
We do not recommend using traditional mascara with Gossamer lashes, as the oils and pigments can break down the bond and damage the delicate lash fibers. Our system is designed to provide a full, voluminous look without the need for extra makeup.
